How will you start work?

​We will arrange an initial consultation via phone or video conference, with one of our CPAs, to talk about your business needs. This will be a general discussion of what are your expectations and how best we can serve you. We normally quote our fee after learning about your business on the first call. We may require further information for a successful quote depending on the complexity of your business.

Once you have made a decision, we will then schedule a detailed discussion to finalize all the logistics such as access to the cloud, and setting up the accounts, among other tasks.

WHO WILL I WORK WITH AND WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY confidential financial records?

The confidentiality of your information is our utmost priority. Our team consists of experienced business consultants, CPAs and other finance executives. Tribcis has an actively monitored security policy ensuring that your private and confidential information is protected.

You will be assigned an account manager who will be your direct liaison, who will be forming a complete understanding of your business and business needs. We do cross-train other accountants and/or controllers on your business so thatyour liaison can go on vacation from time to time, ensuring seamless service being provided to your business.

At Tribcis we believe that every client and their needs are different. We spend time listening to your needs and give you a firm quote after the initial call or for an on-going request to provide you a rate card for the resources staffed, estimated hours and fees cap for our engagement. ​To ensure efficiency and transparency around our services in the age of COVID, we work using all the industry leading cloud applications to provide you the best service and visibility therefore we believe that we have the ability to successfully deliver our services remotely. We also work with remote access to various desktop version of leading accounting software.

We find it best to have a daily or weekly touchpoint with our clients to make sure that we continue to serve as your complete accounting functions and are available when emergencies hit, saving you time and money by helping avoid overdrafts, missed payments, slow billings, and missed business opportunities.
